Buckle up, Korn fans! This might be a tough watch for you. The metal band’s set at Lollapalooza on Saturday, August 2, didn’t exactly get the hype it deserved—at least that’s what the internet is saying.

Taking to TikTok, one concertgoer shared a video captioned, “Korn dropping the curtain to ‘Blind’ at Lollapalooza Chicago.” To date, the clip has garnered nearly three million views, and a lot of millennial and Generation X Korn fans are saying the same thing.

“Something tells me 90 percent of these people in the crowd have no idea who Korn is. That song hits hard and they are just standing there,” one user replied.

“This level of mildness for KORN will not be tolerated!” added another.

“There's no way you can hear this song and not lose your mind. This crowd didn't deserve Korn. So glad I got to enjoy them in their element,” a third person wrote. “Lollapalooza is not the crowd for Korn. They were clueless, but I'm sure they made some fans after they witnessed that!!” a fourth user chimed in.

According to one fan, the crowd’s “lack of energy” was extremely “disappointing.”

Korn is a popular nu-metal band from the 1990s. Comprised of Jonathan Davis, James “Munky” Shaffer, Brian “Head” Welch, Reginald “Fieldy” Arvizu, and Ray Luzier, they are best known for hits like “Freak on a Leash,” “Got the Life,” and “Falling Away from Me.”

This wasn't Korn's first time performing at Lollapalooza. They first rocked out at the beloved festival in 1997.
